Contact our dedicated Landlord Partnerships Team to learn more about our straightforward Guaranteed Rent Scheme. We'll provide a complimentary assessment, so you can see what your property could achieve.
We’ll arrange a visit from one of our Managers, who will carry out a detailed inspection of your property.
Your Landlord Manager will send you a customised Guaranteed Rent proposal.
Once you've received your offer, it’s time to complete any agreed-upon work. Your Landlord Manager will be available throughout the process to provide guidance, answer questions, or clarify any technical details.
Once the work is done, send us the updated schedule and photos of the completed tasks. We’ll review everything to ensure it meets our requirements before scheduling a final inspection.
Arrange for the necessary compliance checks, carried out by certified specialists as outlined in your Guaranteed Rent offer. Don’t forget to prepare three sets of keys for the property.
Once the compliance checks are completed, we’ll ask you to digitally sign the agreement. After receiving your compliance certificates, we’ll arrange to collect the keys and set up your guaranteed rent payments in our system.
