We limit the number of residents to a maximum of seven per home, unless the configuration allows for a safe and suitable environment for more.
We ensure no more than four residents share a single bathroom.

Our 24/7 maintenance service is available to address any issues, day or night.
Each resident receives essential items upon move-in, including cutlery, crockery, linen, duvet, pillow, and towels.
All properties are cleaned three times a week to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Our property and resident support managers conduct visits to each property at least five times a week.
